Hammonassett Beach Destination Ride: B+/B/B-/C+

Hammonasset-Beach-State-Park Destination Ride, Sunday September 12th

Parking is free with a CT license plate.   

The Park opens at 8:00am

8:30am start time for B+/B Riders

9:00am for B-/C+ Riders

Meet at the furthest in parking lot by the Meigs Point Nature Center.. 

Picnic and swim afterwards on the beach. Bring beach chairs, food, drinks etc. The park has shower and changing facilities. 

BYO Kayak or SUP...can be launched by Meigs Point for even more fun! Visit the nature center.

For B-/C+ Riders:

Bike: 9:00AM

Picnic 12:00PM

For B+/B riders:

Bike: 8:30AM

Picnic ~12:15PM

*Riders required to carry masks on their person & have the route.

*We will ride in groups of 6 or less, also remaining 6 feet apart in parking lot

1. Please arrive to the park early, we will start groups of 6 as people arrive. On leaving and re-entering the park please make sure you are in group no larger 6, refrain from merging groups at the park entrance. 
2. Please bring your own food and drinks for the after party.
3. There will be opportunities for buying drinks/snacks & the use of PortaPotties at Miles 21 & 34 for the B+/B ride.
4. Bring sufficient water and nutrition for mileage
5. Bring spare tubes, inflation, cell phone and tools.
6. Please UPDATE your member profile with your current CELLPHONE and make sure your Emergency Contact info is current!
