BIG NEWS:After the ride, the Playhouse is inviting anyone that rides to stay for the Eddie Montgomery of Montgomery Gentry. Each rider will receive a complimentary ticket. Show starts at 8pm at the Ridgefield Playhouse. If any rider wants to use their free ticket for a seat next to someone who is buying tickets let Allison know (you can email Allison: allison@ridgefieldplayhouse.org ) and she will have box office take care of it. If you don't want to go home to change then you can change in the Playhouse restrooms.
About the Playhouse: The Ridgefield Playhouse is currently celebrating its 20th Season as the only Performing Arts center in the town of Ridgefield. We are a non profit theater that presents ALL aspects of the performing arts- from Music and Dance, to comedy, theater, Broadway, children’s shows, Educational programming and much more. We present (in non pandemic years) more than 200 shows annually, bringing more than 100,000 people into the town of Ridgefield. During the pandemic we never closed our doors and offered virtual performances, outdoor shows, limited cap indoor shows and now we are finally back to full capacity indoor shows. Even after losing more than $4million in ticket sales- we are still here and still going strong. The Playhouse is about to embark on a capital campaign so that we can enlarge our lobby and backstage and continue to do the great work we do!
