Pace: 17+ mph ave., hilly & longer routes
Route: Opt 1: Route with 0.80 miles of hardpack
Opt 2: Longer version to bypass gravel.
Description: Meet at 7:45 at the Danbury Green plaza (113 Mill Plain Rd) in Danbury. Park on the Mill Plain Rd side of the lot out from Starbucks. Wheels up at 8:00 for a long-ish ride up to Wingdale, NY. First half is lumpy before an optional climb of the infamous Blackberry Rd. The return is much gentler, including 7.5mi on the new Maybrook Trailway.
Download both options and the group can decide whether to bypass an unpaved section by adding a few miles and 200' of climbing.
The group will split into 2 pods, with Tim Inall volunteering to lead the 2nd group (and probably bypass Blackberry Rd).
