2022 Thirsty Thursday fun continues..


We visit one of RBC's Healthiest sponsors, Elevation.


Elevation specializes in private personal training in studio, emphasizing on building strength, core stability, mobility using functional exercises.   Developing a specialized program is our specialty.  We also offer small group fitness classes, spin, yoga, circuit training, core classes and mobility on an online platform using zoom. Elevation offers your first class FREE and 10% off your initial pack.

Elevation will provide post ride adult beverages from Ancona's Wines & Liquors.

***PLEASE make sure you park in the Elevation parking lot.  We want to be good neighbors and only park in the Elevation parking lot.
If you arrive and the lot is full then please park at the Georgetown Post Office(65 Redding Rd) and ride your bike over to Elevation
PLEASE do NOT park on Mill Road or by the Wire Mill Restaurant. ***



Pre-ride Requirements:

  • pre-online sign in required
  • upload your route to gps
  • line up by 5:50pm according to pace in pods of 6 or less

Ride Requirements:

  • carry water, food, cell phone, gps and flat repair kit
  • be cool, follow the rules & etiquette of the road and ride
