2022 Thirsty Thursday fun continues with




The Hickories mission is to produce safe and nutritious products grown with respect for soil, animals, and people. Our goal is to model an agriculture that is innovative and replicable: one that is ecologically, economically, and socially responsible.  We sue out to grow food, but we also grow new farmers and provide growth opportunities for existing farmers.  Lastly, we want to connect our community to working land.  you know and trust.

Joining in the fun this week are:


STARTING the Ride/run: Farmingville Elementary School, 324 Farmingville Road

Please park at Farmingville Elementary School and we will start the ride/run from the school parking lot. 

Post ride/run, you can either walk down to the Hickories or move your car down to the Hickories.  This year, we will be gathering at the barn and the field behind the house for drinks, food, and post ride/run cheer.

The farm store will be OPEN.  Please bring $$ if you want to purchase some awesome organic vegetables, meats, preserves, etc.  Here are some recent pictures of Hickories produce!!



Pre-ride Requirements:

  • pre-online sign in required
  • upload your route to gps
  • line up by 5:50 according to pace in pods of 6 or less
  • Please UPDATE your CELLPHONE number and your EMERGENCY CONTACT info in your member profile

Ride Requirements:

  • carry water, food, cell phone, gps and flat repair kit
  • be cool, follow the rules & etiquette of the road and ride
