Father's Day GRAVEL

Description: Looking to squeeze a ride in before Father's Day brunch, Father's Day GRAVEL is your event! Starting in Collis Huntington State Park, we'll be rocking the gravel before heading south into Redding.....looking for more gravel adventures. Route is 70% paved and 30% unpaved. Big shout out to RBC member Bob Cooke for enlightening my limited knowledge of the State Park and putting this route together! If you need an address, use 1 Sunnyview Dr, Redding, CT for approximate location. Parking is at the intersection of Sunnyview Dr and Sunset Hill Road.

Start Time: 9:00 AM

Recommended Requirements: 

• All RBC members with B Level or higher skills
• Gravel bike with 35 mil tire widths or greater
• On bike fuel food and drink

Asphalt Pace: 14-15 mph average 

Gravel Pace: 2-8 mph average (terrain dependent)
