Pre-ride: please register and be sure your emergency contact info is current; do a once over bike check (tire tread, tube pressure and security of tire attachment to the bike; brake and gear test drive; loose connections)
What to bring: bike and helmet, water bottle, flat tire gear (tube, levers, inflation item either hand pump or CO2 device). clothing appropriate for the weather
Please arrive 15 minutes early, be ready for wheels down at 9:30.
What to expect on the road: easy pace, no drop ride, group rides together, general riding tips, safety briefing at start
