We’re thrilled to invite you to a special Wine Dinner at 850 Restaurant on Thursday, November 21st at 6:30 pm. Join us for an unforgettable evening as we savor a unique menu crafted by the talented Chef Beck Bolender, part-owner and the newest chef at 850. Chef Beck, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, has honed his culinary expertise over six years at the renowned Jean-Georges in NYC, bringing innovative flavors and artistry to each dish.
Guiding us through the wine pairings for the evening will be Jason from the Brescome Barton Wine Company. With his expertise, you’ll experience a curated selection of wines perfectly matched to each course, elevating the evening's flavors.
