Description: Zwift Structured Workout “30-20-10-Go!”
The Workout is “Banded” so we will all stay together whether you are doing the workout or just hanging back!

Start Time: 6:45am - Workout is 45 Minutes
Start time is set to allow you to start riding slightly ahead of time and warm up before joining the workout.
Pace: Intervals will be based on your individual FTP (according to Zwift). Email me with any question here please.
