Forever cognizant of the setting sun, Tuesday Night Road Rides, with ride leaders Dan, Michael and Jim, have a dedicated objective to finish before sundown utilizing various routes in the local area. Cyclists should be ready to roll at the starting time listed, with route downloaded. Rides are usually followed by a quick bite to eat at a local establishment for good eats and cheers.
Route Description: Route is 22.6 miles, 1600' of elevation. The hills are alive on this route, so bring extra water as we cycle through the newly paved roads of Northern Pound Ridge and New Canaan. Daylight is fading fast so visible clothes and such would be a good idea, these roads are curvy, narrow and quiet. Post ride pub and grub will be at club sponsor Southwest Cafe.
