Description: This is a dry run (maybe wet, but definitely dirty) training ride for the Farmer's Daughter (May 2026). This route is called the Farmer's Granddaughter which is 41 miles (60% unpaved) with 3700 feet of elevation. Get to know the area and a good portion of the full event to familiarize yourself without all the people. This is an RBC event, so no aid station, no food, no support and no cost. From Ridgefield, it 90+ minutes or so to Chatham, NY. Riders must have gravel tires with "recommended" minimum 38mm gravel tire width. No road tires allowed on this ride. Riders with road tires will not be checked in and therefore will not be covered under club insurance.
