It's Spin Time at Parks & Recreation with the Ridgefield Bicycle Club! This is a special FREE event, brought to you by the Ridgefield Rec Center (special shoutout to Leah Dillman!) Come see the brand-new Spinning Room at the Rec Center and enjoy a fantastic sweat with your fellow club members.
Join us for some indoor cycling, spinning with other RBC members using stationary bikes.
All levels welcome!
Thursday evenings 6:00-7:00 pm.
Cost = FREE! The Rec Center would like to welcome RBC Members to see the newest spinning facility.
