Wednesday B Ride is a GO from Jesse Lee

Taking Option #2, starting from Jesse Lee and staying closer to home in case we run into trouble. Maps indicate the rain may hang around longer than expected tomorrow, so check back in the morning. Cancellation notice will be posted by 7:30am.

Two route options this week:  

Option #1: Very pretty ride starting at The Market at Pound Ridge Square and traveling on quiet back roads down to Greenwich and back. We'll do this option if it looks like the weather will cooperate. This route is a little lumpy and twisty, and I expect the pace to reflect that. We will strive for 'steady', regrouping as necessary at major intersections/turns.

Option #2:  Leaving from Jesse Lee, Neighbors Cheese 25 will keep us closer to home in the event the rain threatens to start early. Better to have a shorter ride than no ride at all!

NOTE:  Wednesday rides have been very well-attended (YAY!). As is the protocol of the club, we will split into pods of 6 or less. Faster riders (B+ and above) are welcome to join the ride and will lead off the front. If you're feeling 'spicy-ish', feel free to go out with the front group, knowing that there will be another group coming up from behind to scoop you up should you find yourself needing to fall back. Any rider at any time during the ride may switch groups using this strategy. Please advise someone in your pod that you intend to leave the group.
