Pace: 17+ mph ave., hilly & longer routes.
Special Note: this is a "may get dropped" ride and participants should plan accordingly. There is an option to regroup in Bethel (mile 35 or 40 depending on route below), however there are no guarantees. Riders should be prepared to navigate home on their own. Challenging climbs (6%+ grade) and/or long climbs.
Ride: 7:45am start at Merritt Pkwy Exit 21 (old exit 42) commuter lot in Westport. The map link below starts from Exit 21. This ride is to Bridgewater and back.

Description: 7:30am start in Bethel @ Broken Symmetry Brewhouse (5 Depot Pl, Bethel, CT 06801) and ride down to Exit 21 (old Exit 42) Merritt Parkway Commuter Lot in Westport (follow Rt 53 down to Merritt Pkwy Exit 21 commuter lot). Ride with Exit 21 group and at mile 52 (just before Saugatuck Reservoir) turn back north to return to Bethel (via Rt 53). Ride length 58 Miles (3,566ft of climbing).
