Appetizer – choice of cup of clam chowder, salad or calamari
Entrée – choice of Burger, Paillard du jour, trout amandine, Butternut Squash Ravioli or Plat du jour
Dessert – choice of chocolate mousse or crème brule
$35 (+ tax & tip) per person, registration by 5pm 6/28 required, payment due at time of service

Road Ride:
Timing: Line Up at 5:50. Leave at 6pm in pace order, A's, B+, B, B-, then C. Please do not leave until 6pm. Keep a distance of at least 50 yards between groups of 6.
Routes: ALL RIDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR HAVING THE ROUTE. Please upload your route into your GPS.
Parking and ride start is at First Congregational Church across the street from Sarah's.

Mountain Bike Ride:
This Thirsty Thursday come ride first Thursday night ENDURO. Afterwards, we will join the road crew at Sarah’s Wine bar at 20 West Ln (Route 35), Ridgefield.
We are channeling Mike Ahearn and will use his best route. We will climb up to the Overlook from the Route 7 side and then ride the same route back down in timed intervals.
Be there geared up with water and appropriate maintenance gear, ready to roll at 6PM in the Bennett’s Farm Main lot. The ride will be 2 hours or so. A full suspension bike is recommended and a helmet is required.
The Bennett’s Farm Main lot is a Half mile west of Route 7 on Bennett’s Farm Road at the top of the initial hill. It is just south of Danbury airport. 570 Bennett’s Farm Road 06877 is the approximate GPS location. The main lot is on the right when heading west. It is a gravel lot holding about 20 cars.
