Introducing the RBSC Rail Trail Ride Series!
Our primary goal is to get you, the rider, motivated and enthusiastic to ride!
Ride Leader Mala Ranade will be there to get you going on a fun, car free ride on some of our most beautiful local Rail Trails. Join her on one, two or even all four rides!
Road bikes or hybrids in good working condition mandatory. Helmets are mandatory.
Parking/Meeting Place: Putnam Trailway Parking, 30 Tilly Foster Rd, Brewster, NY 10509
This ride is open to all. Please check ride pace to make sure it works for you. The ride pace will average approximately 10-12 mph.
The trail is narrower than roads, and random trail users - dog walkers, kids, strollers - need to be considered. We will break into pods of 3-4.
Rail Trail Rides will be an average of 25-30 miles in length. The routes are quite flat & closed to cars.
9am Start Time. Please be on bike with helmet, tires pumped, ready to go at 9am.
