Registration

  • for B- and above. You'll leave with Darren after the main ride has been sent and do a 15-20 mile ride focused on fine tuning of skills. Cadence and shifting, climbing, pace lining, power meters etc.
  • Introduction to riding for new riders

 Thirsty Thursday at Susi Laura Massage with Ancona's and The Cake Box! 

                 

 

This week we are at long time friend and club sponsor Susi Laura Massage! Cupcakes from The Cake Box and beer from Ancona's too! Jacqui will have her beginner pod and there's a 1:1 skills Masterclass with Darren!

Please park in the lot at Susi's but please don't park in front of Dmitri's.

BIKE & RUN:

    

Ride Start/End: Susi Laura, 20 Prospect St. 
Post-Ride Gathering:  Post-Ride/Run at Susi's. Susi's awesome staff will be offering a post ride massage, Bob will be providing the Cupcakes and Mitch will have a keg.

Levels:  Please note the pace guidelines apply to Thirsty Thursday only as it is a shorter and faster route than most.

Clinic: Jacqui will be offering a continuation of her Beginner Group Rider clinics to hone your skills if you are a new rider!

New: Darren will offer a 1:1 skills masterclass focusing on cadence, shifting, pacelining, etc. Any level from B- up. 

Timing: Meet at 5:50. All rides leave at 6pm in pace order, A, A minus, B+, B, B-, then C. Please do not leave until 6pm. Keep a distance of at least 50 yards between groups of 6. 

Ride Leaders: If you are willing/able to take a group, please indicate so while signing in. This will keep track of your RL points. 

Routes:  All routes start from Susi Laura!!
