  RBC Ride Leaders are the heart of our community.  We are most grateful for your interest.  In order to uphold the integrity and safety of RBC Rides, our Ride Leaders are asked to complete the following:

  1. Become familiar with and adhere to the protocols in our RBC Group Ride Rules & Etiquette document,
  2. Complete the RBC Ride Leader Training course, dates posted seasonally on the RBC website.
  3. Conduct a “Ride Leader Internship” with an established foundation ride leader,

  Please join fellow RBClub members in supporting our very Special local athletes.

  RBClub will once again escort the Special Olympics Torch Run, hosted by theRidgefield Police Department.

  The Torch Run is put on by police departments throughout the State of CT.  The Special Olympics Torch is lit and passed along from town to town until it gets to Hartford for the Big Event.  The run will take place just before our regularly scheduled Friday 9:30 ride. The ride will take us through the streets of Ridgefield, past two schools with all the kids out to support the athletes and finishes down and along Main Street.  Please tell your friends and family to come on out and support our local Special Olympians.
